NPCHF Elects New Board Officers and Members

COLMAR, PA - The North Penn Community Health Foundation Board of Directors is pleased to announce the election of the following officers and new members:

Kenneth Amey, AICP is an independent land planner and Principal of Kenneth Amey Consultants, providing land planning consulting services for municipal and private clients for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Planning Association. Mr. Amey is also a member of the Montgomery County Lands Trust. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University and resides in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

George E. Marks, AIA is a Managing Partner at Kramer + Marks Architects in Ambler, PA. He is a co-founder of Robin Hood Ventures, a group of angel investors focused on early-stage, high-growth companies in the Greater Philadelphia region. In addition to the foundation, he is a board member for Meadowood Retirement Community in Worcester and a board member of Loan Logics, an SAS based automated mortgage quality analytics company in Trevose, PA. Mr. Marks is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and a managing member for Skrolling Stone Investments. Mr. Marks resides in Worcester, PA.

Alfredo de la Peña is the Chief Operating Officer for Mission First Housing Group (formerly Columbus Property Management), an organization working to develop and manage affordable, safe and sustainable homes for people in need, with a focus on the vulnerable. He received a degree in finance from Temple University. Mr. de la Pena is also a member of the board of directors for Family Services of Montgomery County. He resides in North Wales, PA.

Warren Hilton, Ed.D. is the Dean of Enrollment Management for Community College of Philadelphia. Previously, Dr. Hilton was the Associate Dean for Student and External Affairs for
Drexel University’s School of Public Health and Adjunct Faculty in Drexel’s Department of Health Management and Policy Department. Previously, he was also the Co-Director for Opening Doors Health Disparities Research Training Program at Drexel. Dr. Hilton received his Doctor Education in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Hilton lives in Lansdale, PA.

Chinwe Onyekere, MPH, is an Associate Administrator with Lankenau Medical Center. She is also the System Administrator for Graduate Medical Education at Main Line Health. Previously, Ms. Onyekere was the Executive Director for Health Leads New York and was formerly a Program Officer with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Ms. Onyekere received her Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Wellesley College. She has a Certificate in Business Essentials from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Onyekere is a member of boards of directors for the Maternity Care Coalition and the Resilience Advocacy Project. She resides in the Mount Airy section of Philadelphia.

David Sherman, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer for Hansen Properties, Inc., specializing in hospitality and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University. Additionally, Mr. Sherman is affiliated with two real estate and property management companies:  he is the President for Coventry Advisors, Inc. and is a Partner with ADDJ Properties I, L.P. Mr. Sherman resides in Blue Bell, PA.
