Application Submission
HealthSpark Foundation utilizes an online grant application platform called Foundant. Applicants must use this portal to apply for grant support. To access Foundant, organizations are required to create a profile linked to their EIN, meaning only one profile can be created per organization. If you’re unsure whether your organization has a profile, need to update contact information, or have any other questions about Foundant, please reach out to Akshara Vivekananthan, Program Officer, at avivekananthan@healthspark.org or 215-716-5400.
What The Foundation Does Not Support
- Individuals or for-profit organizations, firms or companies
- Disease-specific charities
- Endowments
- Debt reduction
- Clinical or academic research
- Academic projects
- Athletic recreational clubs or alumni activities
- Replacement of lost government-funds or supplementation of private/public insurance
