Philabundance created this resource to help food pantries and other organizations working in emergency food and the safety net to effectively recruit, train and manage volunteers. 

Whether a pantry has too many volunteers, or not enough, this toolkit will help organizations put policies and procedures in place to better manage their unpaid workforce.
