CCATE x HealthSpark Community Assembly Report

CCATE and HealthSpark Foundation are proud to share the full Community Assembly Report, that captures the findings of a February 2026 convening that brought together community members, allies, and individuals from many spaces including academia, public safety, philanthropy, and more. 

The report captures community priorities, shared reflections, and key takeaways from the gathering. It also includes in-depth data and findings from a bilingual questionnaire, administered in English and Spanish, offering insight into how community members are feeling and where they see opportunities for change.
