Pottstown Community Action Power Building & Engagement

TCN is using the funding to support the Pottstown Community Action's Love Your Block Power Building & Engagement program. The program will work with the Borough and residents to identify and design a viable solution to a pressing public concern, coordinate required municipal services to address the concern, provide mini grants to support the projects, and assist the neighborhood groups in tracking and reporting metrics for their projects.

TriCounty Community Network, Bucks-Mont Collaborative and Interagency Council of Norristown seek to partner together in a coordinated strategic planning process. As a result of the pandemic-related shifts of the past two years, the operations of the three Collaboratives have focused on adaptive strategies. However, in this continually shifting environment, the Collaboratives are at a pivotal point of understanding the next iteration of their work. This funding will be used to guide a coordinated strategic planning process to develop a plan that includes, establishing more inclusive community partnerships, service provision, resource leveraging and building a shared infrastructure to prepare for future emergencies or needs that requires convening the sector.
