Since our founding in 2002, we have awarded $14+ million to 176 organizations working in Montgomery County. You can view our grants since 2017 below.

SHARE received a grant to provide backbone administrative support to the MontCo Anti-Hunger Network, a coalition of hunger relief organizations working collectively to make healthy foods available to all communities in Montgomery County.

Outreach House at St. James Episcopal Church received a grant to purchase equipment and client tracking software to better meet client needs and improve food pantry operations.

The Carter Center received a grant to support the Carter Center’s Rosalynn Carter Fellowships for Mental Health Journalism Program’s July 2017 event, in partnership with The National Press Foundation.

HCIF received a grant in support of the Montgomery County Hospital Partnership project to improve the behavioral health system in the county through data collection and asset mapping.

The Montgomery County Foundation received a grant in support of capacity building activities for Your Way Home providers.

The Montgomery County Foundation received a grant in support of capacity building activities for Your Way Home housing and social service providers and the 2018 Your Way Home Annual Summit.

The Montgomery County Foundation received a grant in support of the Your Way Home Fund to assist homeless individuals and families in Montgomery County to be rapidly rehoused and on their way to housing stability.

The Open Link received a grant in support of strategic planning.

The Philadelphia Foundation received a grant in support of the Nonprofit Repositioning Fund, a collaborative effort among funders - including HealthSpark Foundation - to improve the capacity, effectiveness and financial health of the Greater Philadelphia nonprofit sector.

Rachel Way received a grant to improve pantry operations through the purchase of a computer, software and printer, and hire a consultant to install the equipment and train staff.
