One Book One Norristown (OBON):

This funding will allow OBON to continue building upon its extensive community partnerships. The funds will be used to facilitate a collaborative effort between public and private institutions in Norristown, including the Greater Norristown NAACP, focused on literacy, community activism, civic engagement, and the arts. OBON will celebrate the Norristown community by partnering with an acclaimed local author, and community members to plan community engagement events.
