ACLAMO - Power Building Through Advocacy

In December 2025, HealthSpark visited with Jacob McCrea, Community Resource and Advocate Specialist with ACLAMO to talk about food security and the role advocacy can play in advancing health equity and building power.

ACLAMO'S Health Promotion and Wellness Department is dedicated to reducing health disparities and enhancing the physical health and well-being of low-income Latino communities and other community members in Montgomery County. Through collaboration with community organizations, they facilitate a robust support network for individuals and families.
