Transforming Lives and Communities (TLC) for the People provides services for the community by developing programs, shelter, outreach, and advocacy to enrich the lives of our community to aid in eliminating homelessness and the inequities surrounding housing and other community basic human needs. Our vision is to aid in promoting the overall well-being for our unhoused and housing instability community.
The TriCounty Community Network is the fiscal sponsor of TLC for the People.
