Established as the Montgomery County Community College Scholarship Fund on May 21, 1975, and then merged into the Montgomery County Community College Foundation on Dec 12, 1983, the Montgomery County Community College Foundation’s purpose “Shall be operated exclusively for the purpose of providing support and assistance to the Montgomery County Community College in developing the programs, facilities and services necessary to carry out the educational mission and functions of the College”

“Creating Equitable Pathways to Psychiatric & Medical Services for Mental Health Consumers”:

This project explores models for improving access to psychiatric and medical services for mental health consumers in the greater Montgomery County region. This project uses insights/research from current consumers and their relations, service providers, and educational institutions to identify scalable, sustainable, and culturally sensitive models to address the challenges area mental health consumers face in accessing these vital safety-net services.
