ICN's mission is to improve the delivery and access to human services through the personal contact of human service workers and the free exchange of information. ICN convenes monthly meetings open to all human service organizations, individuals and providers serving Central Montgomery County to 1) network and encourage collaborations, 2) get updates on local resources and services, and 3) offer timely professional development workshops. Member organizations are listed and promoted on ICN's Annual Membership Connections Guide.

Interagency Council of Norristown, Bucks-Mont Collaborative, and TriCounty Community Network seek to partner together in a coordinated strategic planning process. As a result of the pandemic-related shifts of the past two years, the operations of the three Collaboratives have focused on adaptive strategies. However, in this continually shifting environment, the Collaboratives are at a pivotal point of understanding the next iteration of their work. This funding will be used to guide a coordinated strategic planning process to develop a plan that includes, establishing more inclusive community partnerships, service provision, resource leveraging and building a shared infrastructure to prepare for future emergencies or needs that requires convening the sector.
