Housing Affordability: HealthSpark Foundation's Emma Hertz on PCN Capitol News

HealthSpark President and CEO Emma Hertz joined PCN-Capitol News broadcast to discuss PA's housing affordability crisis – and the solutions we can collectively build to make housing more affordable across the Commonwealth.

Governor Shapiro’s recently released Housing Action Plan echoes what so many Pennsylvanians are experiencing - the significant impact the high cost of housing is having on the health and wellbeing of our families, neighbors, and communities. The affordable housing crisis is a public health crisis.

Emma was joined by PA Rep John Inglis of the 38th Legislative District and Leah Eppinger, Executive Director of the Dauphin County Housing Authority and President of the American Planning Association Pennsylvania.
