Your Way Home Second Annual Summit

Your Way Home Montgomery County held its second annual summit on reducing suburban homelessness at Montgomery County Community College on May 29, 2014. Your Way Home was launched in January 2014 and in only five months has assisted 274 people in moving from shelters or the streets to their own apartment.
