Bringing Together Physical and Behavioral Health Care (2011)

The foundation is a partner with nearly two dozen other Pennsylvania Health philanthropies interested in learning about the possibilities for promoting the integration of behavioral health services in primary care settings.  

This study complements information produced by RAND in two previous reports and details the state of practice in the commonwealth and the successful models and other factors that contribute to readiness to established such integrated approaches to the treatment of the whole person.
