The Collaboratives seek to partner together in a coordinated strategic planning process. As a result of the pandemic-related shifts of the past two years, the operations of the three Collaboratives have focused on adaptive strategies. However, in this continually shifting environment, the Collaboratives are at a pivotal point of understanding the next iteration of their work. This funding will be used to guide a coordinated strategic planning process to develop a plan that includes, establishing more inclusive community partnerships, service provision, resource leveraging and building a shared infrastructure to prepare for future emergencies or needs that requires convening the sector.
