“Reducing Trauma, Reducing Recidivism, and Strengthening Families with Youth with Problematic Sexualized Behaviors Through Transforming the Juvenile Justice System Response”:

Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center will improve mental health services for youth with problematic sexualized behaviors. Partnered with local agencies, Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center will shift perception and practice among policy makers to ensure youth are diverted from the justice system into specialized, evidence-based therapy. This will result in improved resiliency for youth and families, and reduced recidivism in the affected population.
