The Philip Jaisohn Memorial Foundation received a grant through the Innovation Lab for their project "Asian American Coalition for Healthcare Teamwork and Leadership Development". This project will address the differences such as language, communications style, culture, geographic/political history and religion, which have prevented members of the Asian American community from working together and providing leadership to benefit their entire community in Montgomery County.  This systems change project is designed to train Asian American community leaders in how to work together to advance the quality of healthcare services available in their communities.
