ElderNet of Lower Merion & Narberth received a grant through the Innovation Lab for their project "Lower Merion Community Collaborations to Support Seniors". The project will address the fragmented, difficult to navigate senior services support network in Lower Merion and Narberth. Through frequent conversations and sharing information across the network, the safety net for older adults will become more accessible, streamlined, and inclusive ensuring that older adults have their needs met in a more timely, efficient manner.
