Your Way Home (YWH) received an Innovation Lab grant to advance equitable access to housing and homeless services for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning/Queer youth, adults and seniors in Montgomery County. The project will recruit Community Advocates who identify as LGBTQ or an ally to conduct outreach and gather data that can be used to review and revise YWH policies, programs, data, communications and leadership structures to make them more culturally relevant and inclusive. The numerous partners include:  the county's Office of Housing and Community Development, Montgomery County LGBT Business Council, Resources for Human Development, Housing Equality Center, Laurel House, Valley Youth House and the Montgomery County Foundation. Throughout the project, partners will provide expertise and connections to LGBTQ individuals.
