North Penn Community Health Foundation Elects New Board Officers and Members

COLMAR, PA - The North Penn Community Health Foundation Board of Directors is pleased to announce the election of the following officers and new members:

  • Lisa Dickson of North Wales, New Board Member

Kenneth Amey, AICP is an independent land planner and Principal of Kenneth Amey Consultants, providing land planning consulting services for municipal and private clients for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Planning Association. Mr. Amey is also a member of the Montgomery County Lands Trust. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Temple University and resides in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

George E. Marks, AIA is a Managing Partner at Kramer + Marks Architects in Ambler, PA. He is a co-founder of Robin Hood Ventures, a group of angel investors focused on early-stage, high-growth companies in the Greater Philadelphia region. In addition to the foundation, he is a board member for Meadowood Retirement Community in Worcester and a board member of Loan Logics, an SAS based automated mortgage quality analytics company in Trevose, PA. Mr. Marks is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and a managing member for Skrolling Stone Investments. Mr. Marks resides in Worcester, PA.

Paul Pocalyko is a Partner with ParenteBeard in their Philadelphia office. Mr. Pocalyko is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania. He is also Certified in Financial Forensics and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Pocalyko earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA both from Lehigh University. Mr. Pocalyko is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Construction Industry Committee Board of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Member. He resides in Maple Glen, PA.

Sandi Vasoli is a principal of Centrum Partners, LLC. As a management consultant, she works with companies, foundations and non-profit agencies to build and execute their strategic missions. She has contributed to the business and workforce plans of many organizations in the Philadelphia area. Prior to this, Ms. Vasoli was director of human resources for 22 years with GlaxoSmithKlineResearch and Development. She began her career as a research biologist with Wyeth Laboratories and McNeil Pharmaceuticals before  transitioning to pharmaceutical sales and ultimately human resources within the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Vasoli specialized in global organizational planning and strategic workforce development, coaching and partnering with senior executives and employees, and management training and development.  In addition to earning a BS in Biology from Villanova University, Ms. Vasoli has completed extensive graduate work in pharmacology from Hahnemann University and in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Vasoli recently published a work of historical fiction, and is a contributing writer to numerous historical websites. She lives with her husband Tom in Gwynedd Valley and enjoys being involved with community events, gardening and having fun with her two rescued greyhounds.

Nicholas Bucci is a Portfolio Manager with Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. in West Conshohocken, PA and is a Certified Financial Planner™.  Mr. Bucci received an MS in Financial Services from Saint Joseph’s University, an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University. He serves as an adjunct instructor at both Eastern University and Philadelphia University, teaching graduate and undergraduate finance. Mr. Bucci resides in Phoenixville.

Lisa Dickson is a Senior Vice President for Financial and Strategic Planning at Radian Guaranty, Inc. and has a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University. Ms. Dickson was a graduate of the class of 2009 for Leadership Philadelphia and currently serves on their Board of Directors as Treasurer. She is also the former Board Chair and Treasurer for EducationWorks. Additionally, Ms. Dickson has participated in Leadership Exchanges in 2011 through 2014 with the Economy League of Philadelphia. Ms. Dickson resides in North Wales, PA.
