Academy featured in Phila Social Innovations Journal

The Philadelphia’s Social Innovations Journal featured an article about the success of the North Penn Nonprofit Academy written by Russ and Peter York from the TCC Group. The article, “Transformative Organizational Change Through Hybrid Capacity Building: The North Penn Experiment,” is highlighted as an example of “What Works”.
The Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal (PSIJ), is the Philadelphia region’s social impact journal. The Spring/Summer 2011 issue is a theme-based edition regarding pressing social issues, and features articles, editorials, columns and interviews on three special topics:
- Partnerships Toward Collective Social Impact,
- Community Impact Strategies, and
- Generational Leadership Targeting Social Entrepreneurs.
