Since our founding in 2002, we have awarded $14+ million to 176 organizations working in Montgomery County. You can view our grants since 2017 below.

PCRC received a stipend to support their participation in our Safety Net Resiliency Initiative.

PCRC received a grant to purchase and install an automatic front door system for the building to improve access to the facility and enhance safety for clients, staff, volunteers and visitors.

PCCY received a stipend to support their participation in our Safety Net Resiliency Initiative.

Regional Housing Legal Services received a stipend to support their participation in our Safety Net Resiliency Initiative.

The Montgomery County Foundation to develop the first-ever strategic plan for Advocates Against Hunger, a regional coalition of food pantries, soup kitchens and other organizations working to improve the emergency food system in Norristown.

The Open Link received a grant to purchase and implement SmartChoice food pantry inventory and client management system and pilot it in their "Food Pantry Without Walls" program. The "Food Pantry Without Walls" will deliver food to two underserved vulnerable populations in the Upper Perkiomen Valley...
