Since our founding in 2002, we have awarded 1,005 grants totaling $17.7 million to 214 organizations working in Montgomery County, as of April 2023. You can view our grants since 2017 below.

ACLAMO received a grant to develop and pilot a Community Health Worker Program in Norristown to reduce health disparities and improve long-term health outcomes for low-income, at-risk Latino populations.

Bucks-Mont Collaborative received a grant to support the development of a comprehensive guide on best practice models for trauma informed care training.

Center for Science in the Public Interest received a grant in support of the development of a pilot project to incentivize healthier choices for SNAP recipients in Pennsylvania.

Delaware Valley Community Health received a grant to create marketing materials for the behavioral health MindKare Kiosk at Norristown Regional Health Center.

Emmanuel E. C. Church Food Cupboard received a one-to-one matching grant to install an entrance ramp to improve access to the pantry for both clients and deliveries.

The Coalition received a grant to support the development, creation and dissemination of a best practice operations manual for Montgomery County’s emergency food pantries to improve the functionality and sustainability of the county’s emergency food system.

Inter-Faith Housing Alliance received a grant to support the integration of Salesforce, a customer relationship management platform, across the organization primarily to improve efficiency at their food pantry.

Jewish Relief Agency received a grant to support the development of a mobile application that will increase participation and improve the effectiveness of the organization's volunteer-driven monthly food distributions.

Manna on Main Street received a grant to support the Common Grounds Food Service Training to Employment Program using the national evidenced-based Catalyst Kitchen model at North Penn Commons.

Manna on Main Street received a grant to purchase and install a large air conditioning unit, a glass-fronted freezer/refrigerator, and two security cages and a kiosk for its SmartChoice food pantry inventory and shopping software system.
