Russell Johnson, President, CEO

Russ has more than 25 years of health and human services experience and has held leadership positions in both public and private sector health and human services agencies working in the fields of child welfare, aging, and behavioral health.

Jennifer Pedroni, Vice President of Administration

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working in the philanthropic sector. She joined the foundation in 2003, shortly after the Foundation’s inception. She brings a wide range of skills and experience including strategic planning, budgeting, grant proposal assessment, accounting, grants management and facilities managment.

Tamela Luce, Senior Program Officer

Tamela brings 20 years of experience in grantmaking and a wide variety of nonprofit management skills, including fundraising and program development. She has demonstrated success in communications planning and implementation, developing technical assistance programs for nonprofits and collaboration with community stakeholders. She is a regional expert in food security and the emergency food system.

Christine McCormick, Operations Manager

Christine has over 10 years of administrative and programming experience, primarily with nonprofits. She has experience in meeting coordination and event planning, reviewing and processing grant applications, contract review as well as traditional  administrative assistant responsibilities.
