Community Volunteers

The Community Volunteer Program was established in 2008 with the following goals:

  • To enhance the stewardship of the foundation's resources and role in the community by inviting volunteers to share their knowledge and expertise and to offer critical thinking and ideas within the context of the foundation's mission and legal structure
  • To enhance community knowledge and awareness of the foundation's role, grants programs and related activities
  • To promote transparency in the foundation's work

On a year-round basis, the foundation's board and community volunteers invite interested individuals to explore the opportunity of volunteer service.  Volunteers are invited to serve a one-year term.
